Product Description:

E. coli strain SS320는 non-amber suppressor strain (sometimes called MC1061F′)로, phage display library screening을 위한 높은 변환 효율(≥ 1*10^9 cfu/μg)의 화학적 유전자 도입 능력이 있는 세포로 준비되었습니다. SS320 균주는 phage libraries 증폭을 위해 파지 침입에 필요한 F′ pilus를 포함하는 에피솜(episome)을 보유합니다. 이 에피솜은 또한 tetracycline resistance gene를 포함하므로, F′ pilus를 유지하기 위해 세포는 tetracycline 존재 하에서 배양해야 합니다.
